Do you only carry basic stock? +
While our online storefront features our essentials, Dare Nails maintains an extensive inventory of over 100+ exclusive gel shades. For full warehouse access and professional bulk orders, please contact amber@darenails.co.za.
Shipping & Delivery +

Free Shipping: We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over R1,000 within South Africa.

Timeline: Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Once dispatched, local delivery typically takes 3-5 working days. Please note that collection can also be pre-arranged at our Milnerton warehouse.

How do I track my order? +
As soon as your parcel is collected by the courier, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to the courier's tracking portal.
Product Care & Storage +

To maintain the longevity of your gels, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Ensure bottle necks are cleaned regularly with a lint-free wipe and isopropyl alcohol to maintain an airtight seal.

Our MOOD collection is temperature-sensitive; avoid exposing bottles to excessive heat as this can impact the color-changing pigments.

What is your returns policy? +
Returns are accepted only for verified material defects. Unopened and unused items in original packaging may be returned for a refund within 7 days, provided the original tax invoice is produced.
